You asked for it.

Here's your Roy fix.
I know you needed it.

Every night after dinner, we go for a walk, and every night, he sacks out on the couch when we get home.  You would think it was 13 miles, instead of just 3.

Today was a good day at the studio, and a busy one.  There were customers there just about all day.
Is it a full moon??

The Walking on Sunshine Braided Rug Kit is ready!!!   And already flying out the door.  Not sure L can keep up with them.
That's a good thing!

They are all weighed and packaged, enough to make a 2'x3' oval rug, or a larger round rug.

Three balls of strips, the ends sewn together so you can start braiding right away.  They  have rubber bands around them, to keep them from unraveling too fast.  This way you can braid them much easier.

The kit also includes some warp thread to sew your braided strips together.

Oh, yeah, and instructions.

And now, it's time for a little vacay.    Irene or no Irene.

Jinx says:  "Who's Irene?"

Irene has weakened. All we will see is a bit of rain. That's cool with us! Love that Roy Boy letting it all hang out... LOL

Thank you for the Roy 'fix'...he does know how to kick back, doesn't he.

As for fixing the weaving, as a weaver myself I know the work and patience that ordeal took...and it was an ordeal...haha. Seriously, that fix was impressive. Now go kick back yourself...check out your dog, he'll show you how. Stay safe.

You walk 3 miles every day? You put me to shame. In fact, I am ashamed of my lazy ass this past week. I've just been so tired from working . . .

We're all ready for Irene here. She's on her way and the wind's already picking up. xo

Hope you are all safe there, Hilary. Thoughts go out for all of those affected by this hurricane. I live just outside of Ottawa, Ontario and we are seeing very dark clouds and feeling high humidity and are told that this is due to this weather mass. Incredible how far this reaches. Hugs to you and family, Deb=^..^=x4
