Singing in the rain.

Did you know that I sometimes sing "The Best is Yet to Come", at the top of my lungs, with facial expressions and lots of body language? I love that song.
Just thought you might like to know.
I also sing along with "American Woman" cranking really loud in the car. Sometimes people give me strange looks, like at stop lights and stuff.
And, I talk to my cats. All day. They expect it, you know.

"No, Miss Puss, you can't weave. Not today. Please, I'm busy here."
From Crazy as a Loom

Tonight, my bed is calling me.......and it's raining. I sleep with the window open, and the rain makes a lovely noise on the porch roof below.
I have always loved the rain. When other people whine about it, I never understand why. To me, the rain is like liquid balm.
Besides, it is perfect weather to weave by.

Oh, Miss Puss! You are just too beautiful!
I have a special place in my heart for calico furry ones.

Hilary, enjoy your rainy day. I love sun and warm, but need a gray day once in a while to tone things down.

I can hear you! You do a fine Buble imitation. :)

I like the rain, when it is gentle and at night. I like your cat. And I love all of your creations.

I'm with you Hilary - I love rain, especially in the summer. I think I could live in BC or Britain with no problem!

beautiful rug :-) and I love the rain too, most of the time. Too long a stretch, though, becomes depressing.

I love listening to a gentle rain too along with a good old thunder storm.

I love the rain too, well, except for two nights ago when it was raining so hard that I couldn't sleep... it was a grrrr moment for me. BUT, for the most part I find it to be a soother of my soul.
