I love your blog. You are SOOOOOOOO REAL and are able to convey that in each writing/photo. I love your work ethic! Your animals are precious and it is great to see them so often!
I, too, have a new found love and appreciation of salads, my current fave is Trader Joe's organic tempeh, ever-so-lightly browned in Bragg's aminos, cubed and added to fresh cucumber and tomato cubes. I love bleu cheese dressing on it. Mmmmmmmmm!
