Too much.

I opted out of more July 4th celebrating.  Already had two get togethers in two days, and we are expecting company tomorrow.  So it was a good day to decline.

Besides I had work to do, needed to round up 50 lbs of fabric for an order.

I am not a crowd kind of girl anyway.

Quiet does a body good, in my opinion.

I had rugs hanging off the buckboard, but it kept raining on and off, so I brought them in.
But I still had a customer, and she took bought FOUR rugs.

Too many things to do this week, too much going on.  Makes my head spin.  The news unnerves me, politics makes my skin crawl, I find myself worrying about things that are none of my concern.
Is the world moving too fast, or is it me???

I'd like to fly away.
Just for awhile.

Wish you could fly away, just for a few days. Nice that the customer bought 4 rugs~

I don't like crowds either.
I think the world is moving too fast and also that things are falling apart, but then I wonder if that is because I am older now.
Thank goodness I don't have a job or I would be giving my paycheck to you. I love all your stuff Hilary!

Can't say I blame you. I like company but sometimes enough is enough.

If you fly out here, I bet you and I could find a lot of Fiber Mischief to get into!

The world IS going too fast, for me - and not always in a direction I want to go.
I worked in the ER today; good reason to miss all the hoopla and parades.
If I lived in your area, I would have been a shopper @ your store too!
LOVE your work!
Gorgeous capture of the clouds!

If I don't get 'quiet' when I need it I feel like I'm lifting off.
I love the floors in your studio.

It's not just you. Can I come with?

I love your photos today and the way the light filters through your windows.

I think most Americans have become so jaded by politics that it just isn't even funny anymore. It just makes me feel tired and over-whelmed to listen to it.

(I am coming with Karen to play at your house)

I have ignored the news for weeks, not a clue what is happening and you know what I don't care! Quiet does a girl good! Love to see the rugs hanging on the buckboard...hopefully it will stop raining. How did you new pup do with the fireworks?

Welcome to my world.
