Isn't it amazing how people can come out of brain surgery and be able to speak coherently? I can never get over that. I am so relieved! She knows we were all waiting to hear how she was doing, and how sweet of her to say that as her first words. ReplyDeleteShe is one strong woman. Take good care of her, even if she argues she doesn't need her to. Believe me when I say, we like to be tough, and act like we can handle it - but I've been thru my share, and it's nice to be taken care of! Even if we argue about it. :-)

ReplyDeleteI met your Mom about 3 weeks ago when we stopped at the shop on our way home from VT. What a lovely person. I didn't know she was in such great pain that day, you'd never have known...I was so happy to meet her and L after reading so many blog posts. Every time I look at my beautiful rug, I think of her. Thank you for posting for and about her. I look forward to some really good news soon. There will be pain first, but after that, a new life! YAY!
