Trippin'

Our rental in Florida......a 7 hour drive from Atlanta.

Lovely neighborhood, quiet.

The house has its own little pool, heated.

And in the back yard a huge lake, filled with all kinds of birds.

And not far, is the Gulf of Mexico.

Where there was a lot of fishing going on.

 The marina was busy.

 The beach deserted......

It was very windy, but still 70 degrees, and the sun was incredible.

After a lot of walking and just enjoying the fresh air, the evening was lovely, too.

I may be looking serious here, but trust me, I am having a blast.

Vacay, ya gotta love it.

  1. Oh, lucky you, Hilary. It looks so peaceful there. I would be happy to see some pam trees right about now. It is -25C here...too cold to step outside. :(
I like that pic of you in your new glasses. You look great. Have fun. Deb

  3. I heard on the news that there were a lot of sharks of the Florida coast, so be carful if you go in the water. You don't want to end up as fish food.
