How simple that sounds, and yet how incredible.
I packed up some orders to go out tomorrow.
I worked on some mug mats.
And then I wove this rug.
I had made a huge pot of lentil soup, so I had that for lunch.
The studio was very quiet. The wind was blowing hard.
Then I started on a run of middle sized bags. I have purse size, and beach bag tote size, so this one will be somewhere in the middle.
I only finished one of the bags before I had to head out for PT. So it wasn't one of my more productive days, but in the scheme of things, still, it was a very good day.
Perspective. It's everything.
Right, Roy??
Roy??????
Love those rugs, back eons ago I had a red woven bag with some white, black, and a shot of royal blue here and there. It had a zipper, and shoulder straps, I loved that thing until it became a rag, it took forever. These bags are great!
ReplyDeleteOh Roy, I just want to rub your belly and tell you what an awesome dog you are. Do you know how much your mama loves you?
ReplyDeleteA good day is a good thing! Are you still getting in your walks?
I don't think Roy cares.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!

I'm glad you had a good day.
ReplyDeleteI want to reach through the screen and rub that chin, chest, and tummy.
It's official. I want your life. The only thing I'd do differently is substitute barley for the lentils. If you'd come and warp my loom for me - I could have your life. I'll wait up late tonight - just come on in the back door.
ReplyDeleteLOL.. he is just loving life.
ReplyDeleteHe's exhausted .. all that activity .. I feel the same as Roy, I would like to lie down and take a nap but I am afraid I've got work to do .. what wasnt I born rich ..

Can you scratch Roy's belly for me? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteGood days are good. Roy is good. Actually, Roy seems to have gone down for a long winter's nap. Wake me when it's spring, 'K?

I just love it when dogs are so relaxed and lay the way Roy is laying. Shows their absolute trust in the humans around them... :-)) You just snooze a bit more, Roy.
