Ready
Someone is listening.
And someone isn't.
Ain't that always the way??
Kind of like you win some, and you lose some.
I think we are ready for the Christmas in the Country Open House, which starts tomorrow.
I am happy with the way the studio looks, and happy that my headache let up enough to let me get it done. I wonder if it has something to do with the barometric pressure. But whatever it is, two days of half a headache is better than a WHOLE headache.
I'll take it.
In some ways, the Open House is a good way to get the place all spiffed up. Having a deadline makes it happen.
It also helps me to get a feel for how much inventory I really have.
I know that I am anxious to get back to work, and back to normal.
Someone is tired from all this work.
Sydney, Sydney, you 're a piece of work.

I love that you have taken time out to stop by and say hello. Come back again!
I reply to everyone I can by hitting reply to the comment feed in my email.
Unfortunately, sometimes it just comes up noreply-comment@blogger.com.
You can fix that .. go to the comments section of your blog and attach your email to your posts.
Not only are your swags wonderful but that wreath is incredible!
ReplyDeleteIt looks fantastic! If I didn't live clear across the states, I would come see it in person. I hope it goes very well for you.
ReplyDeleteI loved the Roy story yesterday. I had to read it to my husband after he asked me why I was laughing. We were looking at a 9 mo old 45lb pit/basenji mix 2 weekends ago. She was a pretty grey and white mix, and if you looked closely you could see some browns in her grey areas. On her ID card, they put Terrier/Basenji and the word terrier strikes a hesitation in my husband. I've tried to tell him not All terriers were as hyper as the Jack Russell he once had. I'm still working on him :)
Oh darnit, I got so wrapped up in dog talk that I forgot to mention.. I love the garland, and the puffles!
ReplyDeleteIt all looks so festive. Sydney is so cute!
ReplyDeleteGlad you had a couple of better -- although not yet good -- days.
ReplyDeleteThat first picture of Sydney is so beautiful!
What a lovely Country Christmas set up you have. I would stop in this weekend if I lived closer too!
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
It all looks so warmly inviting and interesting. I WISH I was not an entire continent away...I would love to stop by! But I did start braiding my rug today. All of that marvelous color! Thanks again for the wonderful gift.

I'd love to drop in. It all looks so inviting, colourful and beautiful. I'd probably spend too much time with the cats, though. Have a great time, Hilary. "Pffft" to that headache. Hugs, Deb
ReplyDeleteEverything looks beautiful! Wish I could see it in person. I would love to have a stash of cotton on cones like yours, and so nicely organized!
